Classes & Workshops
Pre-Booking Required: To ensure your spot, we recommend booking classes in advance. Classes can be booked up to 7 days prior via the Jazala app or website.
Punctuality Matters: Arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of any class or workshop. Late arrivals will not be permitted for safety and to avoid disrupting others.
Dress Code for Classes:
For AntiGravity® Fitness classes, wear short-sleeved or long-sleeved t-shirts, leggings, or tracksuits. Crop tops, vests, and shorts are not permitted due to the friction of the hammocks.
Remove sharp jewelry, hair clips, pins, or any accessories that could pose a safety risk.
For Reformer classes, Grip Socks are mandatory to ensure safety and hygiene.
Respectful Participation: Instructors reserve the right to ask clients jeopardizing the safety or enjoyment of others to leave the class.
No Photography or Filming: To respect privacy, photography or video recording is not permitted during classes unless prior consent is obtained from participants, instructors, and Jazala management.

Jazala is committed to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for all clients.
If you feel unwell, please inform staff immediately and avoid participating in activities that could impact your well-being or the safety of others.
